I don't think it was a forklift. The way the car (Mazda 626 GF-generation, BTW) is supported on matresses and pillows, they seem to have been quite careful not to dent it. My guess (and any guess is as good as any here) is good old Russian man power and some makeshift ramp. Much like in this video.
